NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please ensure correct sizing before placing your order.
Products that are damaged through misuse can not be returned.
In the event of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong size or design, we'll rectify the mistake. Please reach out upon receiving your order. Any exchanges are conditional and require the item to be unworn and in its original packaging.
For inquiries, email us at info@drippycustom.com . If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and details on where to send your package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In some cases, we might charge a restocking fee to cover our costs.

DRIPPY PURCHASE PROTECTION
Under our Purchase Protection Policy, refunds or exchanges may be approved under the following circumstances:
- Non-receipt of the item.
- Item arrives damaged.
- Item significantly differs from the advertised description (eg, wrong design, different base shoe).
Please note that minor variations in design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and do not qualify for a return.

MISTAKENLY PLACED ORDERS
If you accidentally placed an order or wish to cancel it, please reach out to us within 48 hours of placing your order for cancellation. Requests received after this timeframe will not be approved, as our artist will have already commenced work on your product. -
ITEMS IN TRANSIT OR SERVICES
Refunds for products that have been shipped out or successfully delivered are not allowed because Drippy has already fulfilled the order. We do not assume responsibility for the package after delivery and can not refund the order due to stolen items.
Refunds for services (eg custom design deposit) are not allowed after they have been rendered (eg first design draft sent to the client).
Customer carries all responsibility for any import or customs duties that arise in the destination country, refunds are not allowed if item fails to be delivered due to taxes not being paid. -
ORDERS NOT DELIVERED DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS OR PICKUP TIME EXPIRED
Customers should stay alert for calls from the delivery service to avoid missing them, as this could result in delays or failure of delivery. If the package fails to be delivered due to this reason, we can not process refund. Reshipment may be arranged with extra fee.
Customers must provide an accurate and complete address (including apartment number, building, entrance code, block, etc.) to ensure successful delivery. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot reship or refund the order.

ORDERS STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY
Customer must ensure safe delivery location, or include special delivery instructions for safe delivery. Once the package is delivered (as proven by corresponding status on carrier's tracking website), Drippy carries no responsibility for the package. Refunds or exchanges for stolen or lost items with status "Delivered" will not be accepted.
